About Marina

My name is Marina Carroll, and I’m a dedicated real estate agent with Royal LePage in the beautiful Cowichan Valley. Having lived and explored this region for most of my life, I bring extensive local knowledge and a genuine passion for the unique communities that make the Valley such an incredible place to call home.  I understand the benefits and challenges of each neighbourhood, giving my clients valuable insight when making one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

My background extends far beyond traditional real estate. I have general contractor experience in building new homes, moving houses, renovating, stratifying properties, and navigating municipal permitting processes. When paired with my local insight, this practical experience becomes a real advantage for my clients—particularly those new to the area or to home construction.

I also hold a Business Degree, which strengthens my expertise in marketing, financial analysis, and delivering exceptional customer service.  Investing in properties for rental income, retirement purposes or to diversify your portfolio are conversations we can have.  Being a landlord myself for nearly 20 years and runnning an AirBnB for a decade, allows me to offer insight in those areas as well when deciphering our local and provincial regulations.  

As a parent of three teenagers, I’m deeply involved in my community and understand the importance of finding the right home for every stage of life. I am professional, hardworking and honest with a common sense approach, and my top priority is ensuring my clients feel supported and confident every step of the way.
